Jair D. Hernandez is the Chief Executive Officer of 4P, LLC and the visionary behind this company. Mr. Hernandez has over ten years of experience in the Financial Services industry. Jair has worked with many Institutional Clients in a consultative and fiduciary capacity. Mr. Hernandez has also worked with Small to Medium Sized Businesses (SMB), High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth Individuals.

Jair began his career as a Strategic and Financial Consultant under the brokerage arm of Wells Fargo. Mr. Hernandez and his team sized many strategic initiatives and secured funding for the first iPad app developed for the bank’s financial advisors. As a Financial Consultant, Jair spearheaded the financial reorganization of the Business Services Group of the Wealth, Brokerage and Retirement Division in order to increase the transparency of approximately $450 million in cost pools.

Jair has also worked with Fund Distributors and Alternative Investment Advisors that provided Liquid Alt strategies for pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, endowments and other large institutional or accredited investors.

Mr. Hernandez has managed over $250 million in Assets Under Management as a Fixed Income Portfolio Manager. Jair consistently beat the account’s respective benchmark by opportunistically deploying capital across the yield and credit curves. The accounts under his purview were consistently in the top quintile, within the respective strategies they employed. All of this was achieved through rigorous research and a passion for the markets, with less than two years of direct asset management experience.

As a Sales Trader in Foreign Exchange (FX), Mr. Hernandez made markets for clients in transactions ranging from $100 thousand to over $500 million U. S. Dollars worth of Foreign Currency. Additionally, Jair provided market color and complex hedging strategies for sophisticated institutional clients. Mr. Hernandez created his own proprietary models and templates, to consult clients across all major currencies and reached out to emerging market traders when color was needed on an illiquid currency. Mr. Hernandez often partnered with the teams tied to Family Offices, in order to mitigate or assess currency risk.

Prior to his departure, Jair shared many alpha-generating strategies with the trading desk and predicted the collapse of the Euro against the U. S. Dollar during the Covid pandemic. At the time, the Euro was trading with a 1.20 handle and collapsed to the 1.09 range. Additionally, Mr. Hernandez advised the Head of Core Plus Fixed Income strategy at Allsprings Global Investments, about the opportunities in the High Yield Municipal Bonds and Short Duration High Yield space. The advice proved to be prescient as yields began to rise dramatically as the Fed began to raise rates. Had the team employed Jair’s strategies, the fund would have produced a tremendous amount of alpha.

Additionally, as a Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Data Analyst candidate, Jair worked with the federal government to expose a string of pedophile rings and bio-terrorists. Mr. Hernandez has worked with the National Security Agency (NSA) to expose a network of cybersecurity criminals and foreign adversaries. Jair has also worked with the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) to protect American interests from foreign and domestic adversaries. Mr. Hernandez has consulted the Attorney General’s offices in Arizona, Nevada and California about the rampant fraudulent schemes in public sector offices.

Mr. Hernandez has worked with the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN), Federal Deposit Insurance Company (FDIC), Financial Regulatory Agency (Finra), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and financial institutions to expose a network of fraudulent individuals conducting financial schemes. Mr. Hernandez has worked with some of the largest tech companies such as Alphabet (Google), Apple, Microsoft and Meta to protect its interests from a network domestic and international criminals. Jair is viewed as an asset by all forms of government and captains of industry.

Mr. Hernandez graduated from California State University, Northridge with a Bachelor’s of Science in Finance (focus on Investment Management) and Minor in Economics. Jair studied Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of California, San Diego and completed the Mathematics and Physics courses required for an undergrad degree. Mr. Hernandez has also obtained Specializations tied to Artificial Intelligence, Decentralized Finance, Fintech and the Mathematics of Machine Learning from the University of Pennsylvania (Wharton), Duke (Fuqua) and Imperial College London.

Mr. Hernandez is not a veteran but has been a fan of military strategy since playing Age of Empires and Starcraft on his Compaq desktop. Mr. Hernandez has advised the intelligence community on all forms of battle tactics and is a member of the National Rifle Association (NRA).

Jair is not a devout Catholic but attended a Private Catholic elementary school.

Mr. Hernandez is not a member of the LGBTQ+ community but is an ally. Jair advised Grindr and the Pride community about the predators that are preying on their resources via gender and queerbaiting.

Jair is a member of the Association of Latino Professionals For America (ALPFA) and has worked with immigrants to maximize their tax refunds. Mr. Hernandez made them aware that it is legal for them to obtain an Individual Tax Identification Number (ITIN) to file and obtain larger refunds (well over $5,000 in some cases). Jair has also advised some of the Mexican Consulates in the United States about extortion schemes produced by non-Hispanic and non-Mexican individuals.

Mr. Hernandez has advised non-profits on how to improve their ecosystems - rather than donate the money to external causes and, in some cases, get defrauded out of their assets. Mr. Hernandez has specifically advised Black Lives Matter about fraudulent schemes tied to blackface, by non-African American individuals that have depleted their resources.

Jair is a member of the neurodivergent community and is intellectually gifted. Mr. Hernandez enjoys endurance training tied to triathlons, power lifting, boxing, muay thai, Mixed Martial Arts, and other forms of fitness. Jair is also athletically gifted and enjoys all forms of traditional sports such as basketball, tennis, soccer and football. Jair is an avid reader and his favorite author is Dostoevsky. Mr. Hernandez enjoys grilling and fine dining, when the opportunity presents itself.
